The Paying Agent in Switzerland is Banque Heritage SA, 61 Route de Chêne, CH-1208 Geneva, Switzerland. The distribution of Shares in Switzerland must exclusively be made to qualified investors. The offering documents of the Fund and annual or semi-annual reports can be obtained free of charge from the Representative. The place of performance for Shares of the Fund offered or distributed in or from Switzerland are the registered office of the Representative. The courts of the canton of Geneva shall have jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of the duties of the Representative. Any dispute related to the distribution of Shares of the Fund in and from Switzerland shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the registered office of the distributor.
The Swiss representative of the UCITS Funds is Carnegie Fund Services SA, 11, rue du Général-Dufour, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland. The Paying agent is Banque Cantonale de Genève, 17, quai de l’Ile, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland. The Prospectus, the Key Investor Information Documents, the Articles of Incorporation as well as the annual and semi-annual reports and further documents may be obtained free of charge from the Representative. Publications concerning the foreign collective investment scheme are made in Switzerland on www.fundinfo.com. The Investment Management Company and its agents may pay retrocessions as remuneration for distribution activity in respect of fund units in and from Switzerland. The place of performance for Shares in the Fund distributed in Switzerland is at the registered office of the Representative.
The Shares shall exclusively be offered and the Prospectus may only be distributed in Switzerland to the financial intermediaries subject to supervision referred to in art. 10 par. 3 lit. a and b of the Swiss Collective Investment Act (CISA) that is, banks, securities dealers, fund managing companies, fund asset managers and insurance companies subject to supervision. The Shares can be offered from Switzerland to investors who are deemed qualified investors either pursuant to art. 10 par. 3, 3bis, 3ter CISA or pursuant to the foreign applicable legislation (art. 1 Collective Investment Scheme Ordinance). Please note that potential investors may be requested to issue a written declaration confirming that it/he/she is either a financial intermediary subject to supervision or a qualified investor having its seat or domicile outside Switzerland prior to receiving any information and/or document on the Fund and being able to subscribe to the Shares. Offering to financial intermediaries subject to supervision is not deemed to be a distribution in Switzerland (art. 3 par. 1 CISA) and offering to qualified investors located outside Switzerland is not subject to CISA (art. 2 par. 1 lit. e)”.
